Mary O’Neill is an artist and writer whose multidisciplinary practice explores the emotional and energetic landscapes of the technicolour human experience. 
Her practice is rooted in a fascination with the unseen forces that shape our inner world: memories, feelings, dreams and desires. Paying close attention to the undercurrent of normality that runs beneath our lives.
Each work becomes a vessel for exploring states of feeling that are otherwise difficult to articulate, inviting the viewer into an atmosphere rather than a narrative or story. Emerging from the landscape of the artist’s current experience, they are an invitation into the strange worlds she inhabits, where nothing is as it seems.
